LPS ROS (That Redstone thing Radio is making)

DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES AND MASS YELLING, THE ROS HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

LPSs will still exist and are still planned to be implemented across the server in the future, however, due to the fact that nobody likes it and technical issues, the ROS will no longer be expanded. The ROSCC (CF04, ~3 kilometers west of Bogota) will soon be re-purposed, likely as a storage facility. All line tunnels will be filled or isolated. Why on earth would you ever need to turn off all the redstone lamps in the server at once?

That’s not what it does.

Is this really necessary?

From what I understand this wont work if it’s spread over enough distance to pass through unloaded chunks when nobody is in them.

E.g. if you turn off the lights for City A, which is 2000 blocks away from the switch, assuming the chunks are unloaded, (nobody in the city or in chunks where the wiring leads to the city) then the lights won’t actually switch off unless every chunk from the switch passing to the city is loaded in succession.

Not 100% on this, but fairly certain.

IMO though also, im not really sure how useful this kinda tech would be anyway besides aesthetics?
